Conner Astwood

Conner Astwood is a true Texan, born and raised in the heart of the Lone Star State, Lubbock, Texas. His journey towards a fulfilling career in real estate and his passion for the great outdoors has been a remarkable one.

Conner’s educational journey took him to West Texas A&M, where he pursued his passion for environmental science. During his academic years, he embarked on a life-changing internship at the PAX 96 Ranch and Whitetail Center in Colorado City. It was here that Conner’s fascination with high fence game ranches and deer breeding was ignited, and he knew he had found his calling.

With unwavering determination and a deep-rooted love for the Texan landscape, Conner began a career that would see him working on and managing several ranches and deer breeding facilities across the state. His journey took him to renowned establishments such as the 5F in Zephyr, Curtis Whitetails in Hondo, and The J5 Ranch in George West.

After his time in George West, Conner made the decision to return closer to his family and chose Abilene as his new home. There, he set his sights on a new endeavor: real estate. With a goal to utilize his extensive experience and knowledge of the land, he embarked on a career in real estate, starting with Berkshire Hathaway Stovall. Here, his primary focus was on residential real estate. However, with a desire to help individuals achieve their dreams of owning a larger piece of Texas, he decided to join the Texas Ranch Sales team.

Beyond his real estate career, Conner is a dedicated family man who actively contributes to his family’s small cattle operation. He finds joy in rolling up his sleeves and working alongside loved ones on the ranch. In his cherished free time, you’ll often find Conner pursuing his other great loves: hunting, fishing, and immersing himself in the great outdoors, all while enjoying the company of his lovely wife.
