Karen Gulick grew up in a ranching family; there she gained a deep and lifelong appreciation for hunting, fishing, and land management. Based in Floresville, most of Karen’s free time is still centered around the outdoor activities she grew up with: saltwater bay fishing, hunting, and sporting clays. Her board and committee level involvement in numerous community organizations, including the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo and Wilson County Ducks Unlimited, has created deep roots and connections within the regional community.
With over 13 years of real estate experience and a lifetime of knowledge about good ranch practices and values, Karen is your perfect broker in finding or selling South Texas ranches. Her guiding principle is also her motto: “Winners find a way,” and she incorporates this belief into every aspect of her life, especially her work in finding or selling Texas ranches for her clients.
