At 23, he answered the call to serve his country as an Airborne Engineer, embarking on three combat deployments over seven years with the Army. Upon returning to Falfurrias, Texas, David assumed the mantle of ranch management, overseeing the very land that had shaped his formative years.

His stewardship of the 5,000-acre ranch in Brooks County was marked by a commitment to wildlife and range management. Collaborating with regional biologists, David enhanced the Managed Lands Deer (MLD) program and implemented rotational grazing practices to foster an optimal habitat for quail hunting. These hands-on experiences became the bedrock of his career in farm and ranch sales.

Driven by a desire to expand his expertise, David transitioned to San Antonio, where he delved into the realms of Real Estate and Agriculture Management. His dedication to excellence earned him the trust of friends, family, and fellow veterans, who sought his guidance in finding their ideal properties and homes.
