Derek Loebbecke

Derek Loebbecke has a strong background in agriculture and a profound love for the outdoors, which led him to embark on a career in real estate specializing in the land, farm, and ranch market. His family’s agricultural journey began with owning and operating a 3000± acre mushroom, citrus, and avocado farm near the Kruger National Park in Africa. They then ventured to Brazil, where they established a 1,200± hectare farm cultivating passion fruit, ginger, and black pepper. Finally, they settled in Cuero, Texas, purchasing a 50-acre property that they continue to own to this day.

Derek obtained his real estate license in February 2020 and has since focused on assisting clients with hunting, luxury, and recreational ranches, as well as developmental properties in South, Central and West Texas. He approaches every deal with meticulous attention to detail, a disciplined work ethic, and an unwavering commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.

A proud graduate of St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Derek earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. Alongside his real estate pursuits, he is an avid golfer who has been deeply involved in the golf industry. He spent six years pursuing a golf career in Orlando, Florida, during which time he also designed a patented golf training aid. This experience has provided him with a unique perspective and an extensive network that he draws upon to assist clients in achieving their real estate goals.
