About Dino

Dino Smith is a fourth-generation cattle rancher and landowner based in Wimberley, Texas. Growing up in a ranching family instilled in him not only a strong work ethic but also a lifelong connection to the outdoors. Hunting, fishing, and land stewardship weren’t hobbies—they were simply part of life. That generational knowledge of cattle, land management, and Texas ranching traditions has shaped Dino into a professional who understands the land from the inside out.

Dino is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University, where he earned a degree in Zoology with a minor in Wildlife Management. His academic background deepened his understanding of ecosystems, wildlife, and natural resources—knowledge he continues to apply in the field today. With years of experience managing mineral interests, Dino went on to become a NARO Certified Mineral Manager. This designation allows him to provide clients with expert guidance on mineral rights and the often-complex world of oil, gas, and wind leases. For buyers and sellers alike, Dino’s ability to evaluate both surface and subsurface assets adds significant value to every transaction.

His work in mineral management has taken him across Texas, giving him a wide perspective on land use, investment potential, and long-term sustainability. That experience, combined with his ranching heritage, allows him to connect with clients at every level—whether they’re first-time landowners or experienced ranch investors.

Outside of real estate, Dino remains true to his roots. He spends his time hunting, fishing, and staying active in the Texas outdoors. Fluent in Spanish, he is able to serve a broad range of clients and build strong relationships across diverse communities.

At his core, Dino believes that owning land is about more than investment—it’s about legacy. He brings that belief into every deal, guiding clients with honesty, expertise, and a deep respect for the land that has defined his life and career.
