Why do some listings say “Inquire for price”?
Some listings don’t publish pricing publicly for privacy or strategy reasons. In certain cases, pricing can only be shared after a signed NDA. In others, the seller or listing agent simply prefers to provide pricing directly upon request.
Do I have to inquire individually on every single property I’m interested in?
No. Once you’re connected with a TRS associate or broker, they can share details on any current TRS listing, including pricing when it can be disclosed.
If I inquire on a property, will I get contacted by multiple agents?
Not the way some large real estate websites operate. TRS does not distribute your inquiry to multiple agents. We send each inquiry directly to the listing agent/broker for that property. If you submit inquiries on multiple listings with different listing agents, you may receive separate responses from each. If you’d rather work with one agent while you compare multiple properties, use the form below and we’ll match you with the most fitting TRS associate or broker.
If I’m connected with a TRS associate or broker, can they give me pricing on any TRS listing?
Yes. Any TRS associate or broker can provide information on any current TRS listing, including pricing when it can be disclosed (and after an NDA if required).
What is a TRS buyer’s agent?
A TRS buyer’s agent is a TRS associate or broker you work with (usually via a buyer representation agreement) to help you identify properties that match your criteria, schedule showings, negotiate, and guide you through the transaction.
Can TRS associates and brokers help me with properties that aren’t listed with TRS?
Yes. A TRS associate or broker can help you pursue properties that meet your criteria even if they’re listed with another brokerage. In many cases, they can also help identify opportunities that aren’t widely marketed.
