Situated in Wilson County, Oklahoma, the ranch features county road frontage with convenient access in a well-established agricultural region known for productive soils and strong ranching heritage.

Land & Terrain:

Pendleton Ranch features gently rolling topography with a desirable mix of open Bermuda grass pasture and native brush for shade, cover, and wildlife habitat. The improved Bermuda provides consistent, high-quality forage capable of supporting an intensive grazing program. Historically, the ranch has carried 500 to 700 yearlings (approximately 2.7 head per ac), with ownership indicating the upper carrying threshold has not been fully tested. Approximately 0.8± miles of Simon Creek traverse the property, offering seasonal to consistent flow depending on conditions, with established low-water crossings for internal ranch access. Six surface ponds, ranging from approximately 0.35± to 1.85± acres, are strategically positioned throughout the ranch to support livestock watering, wildlife habitat, and recreational use. A private electric well, drilled to approximately 140 feet or deeper into the Edwards-Trinity aquifer, services the headquarters, horse barn, and livestock watering stations across the ranch, delivering dependable water infrastructure.

Wildlife & Livestock:

The ranch currently supports both cattle and horses. Native wildlife includes whitetail deer, turkey, dove, waterfowl, coyotes, bobcats, and feral hogs.
