“To Whom It May Concern:
It is with great joy and gratefulness that we share our experience of the privilege of working with Frank Addington and Texas Ranch Sales in selling our West Texas ranch property.
When we decided to sell, we, like most sellers, were concerned with who would choose to represent us in this most important transaction. My wife Tamara, began an internet search and was led, we believe, by divine appointment to the name Frank Addington, an agent living near San Antonio. To our delight and surprise, he was so very kind and gracious and spent over an hour on the phone with her answering questions and sharing his wisdom and knowledge in a way that gave us confidence he was the right agent to assist us. To be honest, I was very skeptical at first but his soft-spoken and laid-back style of communication convinced us God had chosen him for us.
His faith in God and the manner that he unashamedly shared that faith, gave us the assurance that he would not only be capable as God led him, be also honest and accountable to Him first in his dealings with us. There was never any pressure exerted on us to "hurry up and sign" with the company Frank represents proudly, Texas Ranch Sales.
To our delight, Frank was always quickly available by phone texts and returned calls to answer the myriad of questions that clients will always have in navigating the "hills and valleys"of ranch real estate transactions.
When Frank didn't have the answers to questions we asked (or the answers we wanted to hear) he was always honest enough to tell us so, and he would assure us he would do the needed research and get with us quickly. He always kept his promises.
I could go on and on about the experience using Frank as our agent in this sometimes difficult and time consuming and sometimes unnerving process, but I will conclude with something most sellers, and I assume buyers, want to know."
Since we lived in East Texas and Frank was in South Texas and the property we were selling was in West Texas, it was several weeks before we could meet because of schedules. When we did finally meet Frank and his very polite and respectful teenage son in person, we were more than ever convinced God had led us to the right person.
On Saturday afternoon we walked the property together and then signed our initial commitment contract, again without any high pressure or "salesman" persuasion. To the glory of God, less than three short days later he called to tell us he had an interested buyer.
As we navigated the "highs and lows", and "ebbs and flows" of the negotiating process , Frank was always confident, compassionate, and careful to remain honest and up-front in all our communication with the buyer and with us. It was in this stage of the transaction process that we were, most definitely convinced Frank Addington and Texas Ranch Sales were the representatives God had chosen for us.
Because, by this time, we were eager to be done with the whole process and, and sometimes "on edge" and yes, sometimes a "little edgy", Frank remained calm and encouraging until the end.
In conclusion, I restate this as I write this letter in my own handwriting:
We believe our Father God led us to Frank Addington because of his Christian character of honesty and integrity and his desire to represent us with those qualities until the whole process was complete and to the satisfaction of all concerned.
We cannot praise God enough for connecting us with His servant and Texas Ranch Sales.
Until Jesus Comes,"
