About Frank

Frank grew up in a family of well known archers. His parents are both well known avid bowhunters and have been in the archery business most of Frank’s life. He grew up hunting, fishing and shooting archery and was a competitive shooter in his youth. In 1985 Frank went pro as a professional exhibition archer and began touring the country performing “Frank Addington’s Amazing Archery” often dubbed “The Aspirin Buster” for his ability to hit tiny baby aspirin from mid air with his Hoyt recurve bow behind his back. Rock and roll legend Ted Nugent dubbed Frank, “..the master..” Frank has performed in a variety of venues including national sport shows, hunting events, rodeos, state fairs, private shows for celebrities, private shows for ty=he family at King Ranch, as well as being a surrogate speaker for two US Presidents.

During Covid, Frank had a lot of time off the road and for the first time in decades enjoyed being home on weekends with his family. He began to explore opportunities to stay in Texas more and perform less shows per year and at the suggestion of a friend got into ranch real estate. They told Frank it would take a good six months to sell his first ranch but thanks to a computer generated lead he showed his first ranch 30 days into the business and sold that ranch! He was hooked. Frank loves the challenge of finding the right land for each client he works with. “I like a good challenge and it takes patience, perseverance and a gut instinct to make it all come together for your client. I like to watch my client’s eyes and smile because when I get them onto the right property no words are needed, I can see it in the way they respond. The smiles say it all and then we are off to the races…”

Frank is proud to hang his hat at Texas Ranch Sales, LLC. He welcomes the opportunity to help a client find “their spot” in the great state of Texas.

Client Reviews

“I just would like to Thank Frank Addington for his hard work, Kindness and on demand Attentiveness throughout our entire buying process of the Ranch my husband and I purchased in Sandia, Texas. This man is in a League all his own. There is not enough accolades to describe the professional curtesy, his attention to details and his attentiveness to his customers throughout our buying experience. My husband and I have bought and sold numerous properties throughout out our 45 yrs of marriage. By far , Frank Addington was the very best Realator we have ever had. He far exceeded our expectations. I called him with questions day and night ( literally) and if he did not answer his phone , I received a call back within minutes ( including as late as 11 pm and as early as 5:30 AM ). He is a good , honest and personable man who truly knows the meaning of integrity! I will forever recommend him to anybody and everybody I know . Not only did we find the place of our dreams , but gained a forever friendship in the process . It don’t get any better than Frank Addington!

“Thank you for your patience, advice, the many calls you made, and the many miles driven in search of my ideal river ranch property.  I very much appreciated a number of things you shared as we went through this journey of over 1,000 miles across a number of properties.  First, I appreciate the legwork that you did to avoid driving another thousand miles for properties that would not have been workable or that were basically already sold.  The research you did up front was very much appreciated."

“To Whom It May Concern:
It is with great joy and gratefulness that we share our experience of the privilege of working with Frank Addington and Texas Ranch Sales in selling our West Texas ranch property.
When we decided to sell, we, like most sellers, were concerned with who would choose to represent us in this most important transaction. My wife Tamara, began an internet search and was led, we believe, by divine appointment to the name Frank Addington, an agent living near San Antonio. To our delight and surprise, he was so very kind and gracious and spent over an hour on the phone with her answering questions and sharing his wisdom and knowledge in a way that gave us confidence he was the right agent to assist us. To be honest, I was very skeptical at first but his soft-spoken and laid-back style of communication convinced us God had chosen him for us.
His faith in God and the manner that he unashamedly shared that faith, gave us the assurance that he would not only be capable as God led him, be also honest and accountable to Him first in his dealings with us. There was never any pressure exerted on us to "hurry up and sign" with the company Frank represents proudly, Texas Ranch Sales.
To our delight, Frank was always quickly available by phone texts and returned calls to answer the myriad of questions that clients will always have in navigating the "hills and valleys"of ranch real estate transactions.
When Frank didn't have the answers to questions we asked (or the answers we wanted to hear) he was always honest enough to tell us so, and he would assure us he would do the needed research and get with us quickly. He always kept his promises.
I could go on and on about the experience using Frank as our agent in this sometimes difficult and time consuming and sometimes unnerving process, but I will conclude with something most sellers, and I assume buyers, want to know."
Since we lived in East Texas and Frank was in South Texas and the property we were selling was in West Texas, it was several weeks before we could meet because of schedules. When we did finally meet Frank and his very polite and respectful teenage son in person, we were more than ever convinced God had led us to the right person.
On Saturday afternoon we walked the property together and then signed our initial commitment contract, again without any high pressure or "salesman" persuasion. To the glory of God, less than three short days later he called to tell us he had an interested buyer.
As we navigated the "highs and lows", and "ebbs and flows" of the negotiating process , Frank was always confident, compassionate, and careful to remain honest and up-front in all our communication with the buyer and with us. It was in this stage of the transaction process that we were, most definitely convinced Frank Addington and Texas Ranch Sales were the representatives God had chosen for us.
Because, by this time, we were eager to be done with the whole process and, and sometimes "on edge" and yes, sometimes a "little edgy", Frank remained calm and encouraging until the end.
In conclusion, I restate this as I write this letter in my own handwriting:
We believe our Father God led us to Frank Addington because of his Christian character of honesty and integrity and his desire to represent us with those qualities until the whole process was complete and to the satisfaction of all concerned.
We cannot praise God enough for connecting us with His servant and Texas Ranch Sales.
Until Jesus Comes,"
