BIO

Stacie comes from a long line of Texas ranchers, farmers, and horsemen. Her grandparents were farmers and grew crops until their retirement. Her parents owned and operated a horse bit manufacturing company called Hollis Hackamore and Bit Co starting in 1982. Additionally, her father trained cutting horses and bought and sold cattle. Stacie and her brother, Billy, grew up helping their father in the cutting pen.

Stacie and her husband, Charles, purchased a home west of Orange Grove, Texas in the mid 2000’s and developed a small-scale horse facility to allow their children to practice and participate in area rodeos and team roping. After Charles retired in 2018 the Tonne family sold their place in Orange Grove and relocated to Stephenville, Texas.

Stacie has a deep understanding of the various environmental issues which come with owning land. She’s highly experienced in researching the depths of soil features on a property as well as locating and understanding aquifers and water well levels and depths. She knows exactly what the resource necessities are for running different types of ranches and farms and will dedicate herself to thoroughly researching those needs for her clients.

Stacie enjoys working with people and loves the challenge of locating the elements and resources her clients need or have. This knowledge and dedication is a great asset to anyone buying or selling a ranch.
