About Damian

Damian Hubbs embarked on his career journey in wildlife management in 2010 while concurrently holding a full-time supervisory position at an oil and gas service company. Balancing these responsibilities, he dedicated his time to overseeing a small ranch in south Texas, transforming it from a perceived burden into a cherished retreat for the landowner and his family.

In 2013, Damian joined Quickline Service Company, a prominent player in the oil and gas industry. Within its specialized division, he found his calling in maximizing the value of properties through innovative water infrastructure solutions. From the vast expanse of the Texas panhandle to the serene landscapes of the Rio Grande Valley, Damian engages daily with landowners, offering his expertise to enhance their properties.

Currently, Damian is a part of the management team for approximately 60,000 acres, providing a comprehensive suite of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of landowners. From wildlife management and MLD programs to agricultural exemptions, general contracting, fencing, and water infrastructure development, Damian’s expertise spans a wide spectrum.

A U.S. Coast Guard Certified Captain and licensed Texas Game Bird Breeder, Damian is also the proud owner and operator of Top Gun Outfitters, a testament to his commitment to excellence in the field of wildlife management.
