About Janelle
Janelle Charles, a native Texan with ties across the state, has been a vital part of Texas Ranch Sales since 2017. Raised in Castroville and now living in San Antonio with her husband, she brings deep Texas roots, steady leadership and a genuine commitment to both the company and the community around her.
As Director of Operations, Janelle plays a central role in the day-to-day success of Texas Ranch Sales. Working closely alongside Sheldon Grothaus and Dave Wilcox, she helps keep business operations running smoothly while also overseeing the coordination of conferences, conventions and sponsored events representing the company. Her attention to detail, reliability and ability to manage multiple moving parts make her an essential part of the team.
Outside of her role at Texas Ranch Sales, Janelle is deeply involved in causes close to her heart. She, alongside her mother, help lead Swing It Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness for sarcoma, supporting research and assisting patients and their families. She is also actively involved in her church and community.
Known for her kindness, strong work ethic and ever-present smile, Janelle brings both professionalism and heart to everything she does. Whether supporting the team behind the scenes or helping carry out the broader vision of Texas Ranch Sales, she is a trusted and invaluable part of the company.
