About Jason
A native of the Texas Panhandle, Jason Manning was born and raised in Amarillo, where he continues to live with his wife, Des, and their two children, Cooper and Berkley. His upbringing was rooted in the land, from hunting and fishing to farming and ranching in the summers and processing cattle in the winter. That background shaped his deep appreciation for Texas land and the stewardship that comes with it.
Jason graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in Agricultural Business and a minor in Animal Science. Soon after earning his degree, he obtained his real estate license and has built his career in the land business ever since. In addition to his work in real estate, he is also the owner of Manning Land, LLC.
With extensive experience working alongside landowners and mineral owners, Jason understands the factors that matter most when evaluating, marketing and managing land. As a ranch owner himself, he brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to maximize a property’s value and appeal. He is known for his responsiveness, integrity and commitment to guiding clients through the process from start to finish.
