About Justin

Justin Mellenbruch grew up just outside the Austin city limits in Del Valle, Texas, where his family’s deep agricultural roots shaped his passion for the land from an early age. His parents operated a coastal hay and pecan farm, while his grandparents ran a large registered Angus cattle operation. Surrounded by hard work, open fields, and the rhythms of ranch life, Justin gained hands-on experience that continues to influence his approach to real estate today.

After high school, Justin went on to play football at Texas A&M University, where he earned a degree in Agricultural Economics in 2021. His years as a student-athlete taught him the value of discipline, teamwork, and perseverance—qualities that now define his professional approach. Combining his agricultural background with his formal education, Justin found a natural path into farm and ranch real estate, where he could merge his knowledge of production, livestock, and land with his passion for helping others achieve their ranching goals.

At Texas Ranch Sales, Justin specializes in hunting ranches, cattle operations, farming properties, small acreage weekend retreats, and raw or turnkey ranches. His primary focus areas include Central, South, and West Texas, where he provides clients with dedicated, boots-on-the-ground service. Whether it’s guiding first-time ranch buyers through the details of land ownership or assisting seasoned investors in complex transactions, Justin takes pride in tailoring his approach to each client’s needs—offering hands-on guidance, full-service management, or consultative support as the situation demands.
