Born and raised in Midland, Texas—a major hub for oil and natural gas production—William Robbins is a third-generation Landman whose roots in Texas land run deep. Since 2004, he has worked as an independent oil and gas Landman and mineral buyer, gaining extensive experience in mineral rights, title research, and land negotiations across the Permian Basin and beyond.
A graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Business Marketing, William combines business acumen with a lifelong appreciation for the outdoors. Raised hunting on his family’s properties in Glasscock and Coke County, he developed a strong connection to West Texas land early on—a connection that ultimately led him into ranch real estate. His firsthand experience with oil and gas operations, along with decades of mineral management expertise, gives his clients a powerful advantage in evaluating and understanding the full value of their property.
William specializes in hunting and recreational ranches throughout West Texas, the Permian Basin, and North Central Texas, with a particular focus on properties involving minerals, surface rights, and long-term land investment potential. As a full-service agent, he guides clients from start to finish, offering clear, informed direction through every stage of a transaction.
Outside of real estate, William’s interests reflect his deep appreciation for the Texas outdoors. He is a certified Action Shooting Coach for the Scholastic Shooting Sports Foundation (SSSF) and a certified caddy on the JrPGA Tour. In his spare time, you’ll find him hunting, fishing, coaching, or out on his bass boat at Possum Kingdom Lake.
With his rare combination of land, mineral, and industry knowledge, William provides buyers and sellers with the expertise needed to navigate even the most complex ranch and mineral transactions. Whether you’re looking to invest, sell, or find your ideal hunting property, he offers honest guidance rooted in experience, integrity, and a lifelong respect for Texas land.
