About Bryan

A fourth-generation rancher and landowner, Bryan Trahan was raised near Beaumont, Texas, where he spent his childhood working on his family’s small farm. Over the years, his family expanded into ranching and hunting operations in Rocksprings, further deepening his lifelong connection to the land. Hunting has always been central to Bryan’s life—family vacations meant trips to the Texas Hill Country and South Texas, where his passion for wildlife and the outdoors grew stronger. Today, he and his wife, Julianne, own a ranch near Hallettsville where they raise Beefmaster cattle and spend their free time hunting and enjoying the outdoors.

Bryan earned his degree in Biology from Lamar University, where he also interned with Texas Parks & Wildlife and the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service. He gained practical experience working as both a ranch hand and a hunting guide on a 3,000± acre ranch—hands-on knowledge that still shapes the way he approaches ranch real estate.

Before joining Texas Ranch Sales, Bryan built a 25-year career in the energy and petrochemical construction industry. In leadership roles focused on growth and market expansion, he developed long-term relationships with domestic and international clients while honing his expertise in sales, negotiation, and client service. His success has always been rooted in honesty, integrity, and a deep understanding of client needs.

In real estate, Bryan combines his business acumen with his personal ranching experience to provide unmatched service for buyers and sellers. He has personally bought and developed unimproved ranch land, negotiated easements, and handled mineral rights transactions. Bryan specializes in helping first-time landowners realize their dream of owning a Texas ranch while also serving experienced buyers and sellers looking to maximize the potential of their land. His goal is simple: to bring together a lifetime passion for ranching with decades of professional experience to deliver results built on trust, transparency, and dedication.
