About Scott

Scott Wilson grew up in Highland Park, Texas, where he spent his time balancing sports and the outdoors. When he wasn’t on the football or baseball field, he was on ranches across the state—hunting, working cattle, and learning how to manage wildlife habitats. Those early experiences built the foundation for a lifelong passion for land, wildlife, and the ranching lifestyle.

After high school, Scott earned a degree in Wildlife Biology from Texas Tech University and went on to work with some of the most respected ranch operations in the state. His career has included time at Ghost Apache Ranch in South Texas, the MT7 Ranch in Stephens County, and most recently, he served as the Ranch Manager for Pax96 Ranch and Whitetail Center in Colorado City. Each of these positions strengthened his expertise in wildlife management, habitat development, and ranch operations—skills that now serve his clients in ranch real estate.

For Scott, working in ranch real estate is a natural continuation of a life built around land stewardship. Growing up with a place to hunt and fish taught him the value of hard work and the rewards that come from caring for the land. Today, he takes that same mindset into every client relationship, helping buyers and sellers find and enhance their own piece of the Texas outdoors.

Scott specializes in hunting ranches and family recreational properties throughout the Concho Valley, Western Hill Country, North Texas, and the DFW area. With firsthand experience managing Whitetail deer, upland game, waterfowl, and exotic species—as well as operating a deer breeding facility—he offers a unique perspective on how to design and maintain a successful hunting or breeding ranch. His knowledge of wildlife management and wetland conservation gives clients practical insight into maximizing the natural value of their land.

Known for his hands-on guidance and full-service approach, Scott is deeply involved throughout each transaction, from showings and property evaluations to closing and beyond. His goal is to build lasting relationships with landowners, clients, and members of the outdoor community—helping each one turn their landownership goals into reality.
